My love and passion for animals started from as early as I can remember. At the young age of 8, I made my big commitment of having my own farm filled with lots of animals.

I came to America from Japan at 6 years old. With everything being so foreign to me, I was completely stressed and anxiety ridden. One lucky day, I was invited to a farm where I sat in a big red hay barn with a Collie puppy on my lap.  All my stresses melted away, and I was at complete peace. In that moment, I knew I had to have MY farm and I committed myself to that dream.

Fast forward to 2008. After years of extreme stress and other not-so-fun struggles of life that I am sure we are all familiar with... MY DREAM FARM became a reality!!!


It has been a whole new adventure filled with tons of new challenges. I will be totally honest- at times I have questioned my sanity and wondered if I had made the wrong decision! For example, I was so excited when my new alpacas arrived from other states...but very quickly one got very sick...then another until most of them were sick. Long story short... I learned quickly that farm life isn't for the faint of heart! But we all survived our first big challenge!

My commitment to my animals motivated me to be the absolute best shepherdess I could be. This meant I had to become very knowledgeable about how to keep them in optimal health as well as maintain my own health.

I have taken many classes and received many certifications for holistic animal care and human holistic health and longevity. My hands-on experience on the farm has taught me invaluable lessons in applying practical knowledge to get the best results.

My animal intuitive skills have also evolved over time. From my earliest memories I always loved and felt deeply connected to animals. Fairy tales and folktales (where animals talked to the kind characters) confirmed my own reality. I believed we all connected to and communicated with animals. It wasn’t until much later that I came to the realization most people didn’t interact with animals the way I did. 

My natural intuitive skills helped us avoid many close calls on our farm. We’ve had several instances where I just sensed we needed to go check the barn only to find one of our animals in distress. I have also been able to communicate and work with my animals so I can handshear them without any restraint. Our animals are very happy and loved. They cooperate because they are respected and heard. 

My ability to combine both the practical knowledge and intuitive skills has truly been a gift.  It has allowed me to communicate with and care for my animals in a deep and meaningful way. I hope to share that with you and your beloved animals.
