This is a short tuning fork meditation using the tuning forks for the soul star and earth star chakra frequencies. This is a perfect meditation to shift away from the chaos of your day and towards a peaceful time to connect with your animals.

We activate the soul star chakra to strengthen our connection to the divine and allow source frequency to flow through all of our chakras. Then we activate our earth star chakra to connect deeper with Mother Earth as we ground ourselves into her frequency.

We then activate both of the frequencies to harmonize and ground into our sacred space between the heart of the cosmos and Mother Earth.

This is a lovely way to feel grounded and centered without overwhelm. All you need is to relax and listen to the frequencies. Your body will know exactly what to do. Enjoy!
